Agrocaribe held the annual productivity award, which recognizes business excellence and the work of its employees. It is also used to commemorate the anniversary of the death of the founder of the company.
The basis of the award to recognize the workers are: better performance in tons, cost efficiency, good attitude workers, employees, lower absenteeism and to be an exemplary employee. The awards consisted in an economic bonus, bicycles and watches.
