Workers that is why a Business Management Course was organized so that workers can have a broader concept of the operations of an organization and the role that each must play for the proper functioning of the company.


The course was given by the Training and Productivity Technical Institute-INTECAP-which promotes theoretical and practical knowledge to ensure that the country will efficiently perform various occupations and trades, developing a set of knowledge, skills and attitudes in order to increase the productivity of enterprises and to train and certify worker organizations.

In order to bring awareness and training employees on the role each one plays in the company and so that they have a wider concept on how a business structure works and what it means to implement a management system. At the end of the course, each participant received a diploma certified by INTECAP, the participants showed their gratitude.

Objectives

The business management course lasted 80 hours, it was attended by administration personnel from the plantations and given in farm Dublin. The course covered topics such as company objectives, operating areas, production, human relations, finances and marketing. Other topics covered included classification of companies, decision making process, marginal analysis, administration process, administration skills, objectives, goals, tactics, organizational charts, definition of positions, motivation, communication, vision, mission, policies, budget and others.
