Agrocaribe recognizes the productivity of its workers

Aiming to recognize the work done every year by its employees, Agrocaribe, recently held the fifth version of the 2014 Productivity Award, which recognizes and thanks the team for their good work and performance. This year 170 workers were recognized.


The recognition to productivity began in 2010 and commemorates the anniversary of the death of Agrocaribe’s founder, remembering the values that he implemented at work, such as Perseverance, Diligence, Teamwork, Honesty, Responsibility, Kindness.

The event was attended by company officials and representatives of the local municipality and Community Development Councils from nearby communities. Agrocaribe is one of the few companies in Guatemala that has different international certifications

“We have increased productivity per hectare from 20 to 30 tons; we are a company that has an international projection and have certifications in the area of industrial safety and safety in the field”.
