Agrocaribe sponsored a course on human resources for its administration team, given by the Training and Productivity Technical Institute (INTECAP for its initials in Spanish)- so that employees are trained to guide and properly manage their team and thus jointly achieve efficiency and the company's objectives.
The course was participatory with several activities and at the end each person took a quiz to be able to get their diploma. The main topics taught were: human resources, training, staff placing, administration of compensations, worker welfare and development, performance assessment, work skills, recruiting, selection, binding and labor benefits.
